Customer orders will not be processed until a 50% deposit is received into our nominated account.

Hannans Window Furnishings does not take responsibility for issues relating to product selection, to that extent we will not be held financially responsible for customers who do not fully understand the limitations and suitability of the window products they have purchased.

Manufacture lead times are a guide only and may be subject to supplier delays outside our control. Hannans Window Furnishings will always advise the customer where possible of any delays in product installation or supply.

Disposal of existing window products is the responsibility of the customer.

Goods are to remain the property of Hannans Window Furnishings until full payment is received.

Full payment for uninstalled or unclaimed goods is required 30 days from their arrival into our warehouse.

24 months warranty is applicable to all Hannans Window Furnishing products installed by our company.

All warranties are void if the product is treated in a manner other than intended by the manufacturer.

All warranties are void if a product is tampered with, removed or replaced by anyone other than a Hannans Window Furnishings representative.

Repairs conducted on products not originally supplied by Hannans Window Furnishings will not be covered by warranty.
